I am a postpartum doula in Birmingham Alabama, who seeks to weave ancestral wisdom back into the postpartum window through a variety of modalites and offerings. Above all honoring this time as a deep transformational period, that requires deep rest, nourishment, and loving support to integrate all that birth and a new life encompasses.

Rights of Passage Ceremony

I offer ceremony and ritual to celebrate the rites of passage you are traversing, through both pregnancy and your postpartum journey. Honouring your transition on this path of matrescense, including mother blessing ceremony and closing of the bones ceremony after birth.

Using a wide variety of healing modalitites steming from ayurveda and ancestertal practices to help support and promote healing to the postpartum body
